All payments processed after 4:00 PM will be credited the next business day. Payments received after 4:00 PM on the due dates will be accessed penalties and default payment fees as stated.
There is a 3.95% processing fee when paying with credit/debit cards. 24-hour automated phone payments will charge a 3.95% processing fee plus a $2.50 service fee will be added to the payment.
